AvatarFlex Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect (and Why)

• Roblox username and display name
• Avatar image and thumbnail
• Join date, badge counts, and inventory stats (if available)
• Publicly visible Roblox and game badges

This data is fetched only when a user inputs a username. We do not access or store any private Roblox account data.

• Anyone can search any Roblox username to generate a Flex Card.
• These public profiles may be viewed and shared by others.
• Even if you request your profile to be removed from featured areas (e.g. leaderboard, battle pool), your Flex Card may be regenerated again if someone re-searches your username — just like checking any public Roblox profile.

We do this to promote social discovery, viral moments, and friendly competition. If you'd like to be excluded from display-based features, you can contact us.

• IP address and browser type
• Pages visited and features used
• Referring sites

We use this to improve performance, prevent abuse (like vote spamming), and understand engagement.

• If you create a Flex Card, we may:
• Store the generated image in Supabase (our secure cloud backend)
• Display your card on a public page (e.g., leaderboard or recent Flexers)
• Tie your image to your Roblox username, not your real name or identity

2. Cookies & Local Storage

• Save your card customization settings (like background, rarity, and border)
• Improve page speed by caching avatar data

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work as expected.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Generate and render Flex Cards from public Roblox info
• Power social features like battles, votes, and rankings
• Host shareable OG images for social media previews
• Prevent abuse and monitor performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Supabase & Hosting

We use Supabase Storage to host your card image and Vercel to serve this site. Image filenames are tied to your Roblox username, and only contain visuals generated from public info.

5. Children's Privacy

AvatarFlex does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. All information comes from the public Roblox API. If you believe your child's public profile is being misused, contact us and we'll take action.

6. Your Rights

• Request that we remove your card from battle pools, leaderboards, or recent submissions
• Ask for a specific username to be excluded from display
• Report any abuse, impersonation, or inappropriate content

Please note: we cannot prevent public Roblox profiles from being searched again.

7. Third-Party Tools

• Supabase (for backend database and storage)
• Vercel (for frontend hosting)
• Facebook/X/Reddit share widgets (if you choose to share your card)

These tools may collect their own technical info. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies if concerned.

8. Security

• AvatarFlex is a read-only tool. We:
• Do not require login or passwords
• Do not collect emails or payment information
• Only display Roblox data that's already public

Generated images are hosted securely, and we sanitize any user-submitted input.

9. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as features evolve. We will reflect major changes on this page. Continued use of AvatarFlex means you accept the current version.
